• No date change is allowed for HKG/BKK sector once ticket is issued

• Tickets are "NON-ENDORSABLE, NON-REROUTABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE"
• Exclusively for HKTBC members and their staff, membership card or relevant staff ID card or name card has to be presented upon issuing tickets
